Challenge
Definity Health, the consumer-driven health care division of UnitedHealthcare, wanted to give prospective customers a peek at their member web site. EatonGolden hired PlumLines to write the voice-over script for this site demo. The presentation would last under two minutes, but needed to cover many features.
Solution
We worked with EatonGolden to identify key site features to highlight in the demo. PlumLines then used clear, concise copy and an approachable tone to write the script. Our highly digestible text, and EatonGolden’s great animations, allowed users to quickly become familiar with the site.
